Here is an analogy for monetization as a creator,

Imagine you are blindfolded, trying to shoot a target. There is no point in aiming because you cannot see, so the best way to hit your target is to take as many shots as possible. It's the exact same in terms of methods of monetization. In terms of statistics, 1/5 of businesses succeed, so this means you may have to try five different methods until you find one that works for you.

The reason it's so important to have other ways of making money online is that if you are only creating content, then you are controlled by your platform. They control what you can say, how you can dress, the types of ads you can do, etc. And if you do not comply they will ban you. Figuring out how to make money separate from ad revenue not only brings you more money but also gives you freedom and the extra security of knowing even if a social platform chooses to get rid of you, you'll still be able to stay financially stable.

I know creators that have made hundreds of thousands through affiliate marketing, but also ones that have made zero. So instead of trying one way of profiting off of your socials, try as many as possible, and take all of the shots.

That being said, I would highly recommend you create a digital product. It can be anything, a course, workout plan, fashion tips, etc.

The trick to making money is providing value. You provide something that someone perceives as valuable and in return, they pay you. Obviously, this is easier said than done but if you focus on providing value before focusing on the money, you will see success.
